Unlucky

Today was not the best coffee day. My shots were all over the map, the shame! I may have to start measuring, my eyeballs are not what they once were. Though they look the same to me.
I watched a guy making espresso once, and he weighed the beans before grinding in a hand grinder. This probably won't work with my big Mazzer grinder. Too much time and possible mess to be practical.
I'm going to check online and seek coffee counseling and spiritual espresso guidance.
